I was always impressed by the diversity of our great nation - the ethnic mix, the colors, the cultures, the accents, the languages; even the gestures and the idiosyncrasies. In 1999, I registered Buyer’s Capital Real Estate with the State of Connecticut, in hopes that one day I would have a company that was like no other real estate company in the nation; one that was less of a melting pot, but more of a cultural mosaic.

This did not happen overnight, and I really didn’t get the guts to pursue my dream until 2001. The turning point for me was the Enron business disaster. It changed the face of business and it taught us that we have to be solid - in every fiber of the word. We learned that we have to be amalgamated together as Americans. We were reminded that we have to pursue truth and to follow a path of unwavering integrity in business, no matter our previous experience.
